1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email and tracking information once your order is dispatched.

We currently deliver across:

  • South Africa – Nationwide shipping available
  • USA, UK, Canada, Italy, Dublin, Nigeria 
  • Europe, North and South Americas, Caribbean, Polynesian, Australia, and New Zealand 

 3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

 Depending on your location, we ship from any of our stockists in South Africa, the USA, the UK, and Nigeria.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Delivery times may also vary based on customs clearance and location.

4. Delivery Fees

5. Tracking & Updates

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email or WhatsApp

If you have not received tracking details within 5 days of ordering, please contact us.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier network disruptions

Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct to avoid delays.

7. Order Issues & Returns

  • If your package is damaged or missing items upon arrival, report it within 48 hours.

8. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our consumable health products, we do not offer refunds once a package has been opened or used. Refunds for unopened products must be requested within 7 days of receipt, subject to review and restocking fees. Business package purchases are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the stockist.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
